Global Health @ TGN: Tod'Aérs has been offered a seat on a Steering Committee within the UN-led RBM Partnership

Since 2022, Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] as a global public-private partnership [PPP], has expanded its global advisory portfolio to all major development sectors - in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). One of these key development sectors is the Global Health sector - in alignment with the UN SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being. This underscores Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN]'s commitment to advancing global health policies and supporting global sustainable development initiatives worldwide, under the leadership of the Governing Board.

As of April 2025, our Managing Partner Manuel Ntumba will be representing Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] on the Steering Committee for Advocacy, Resource Mobilization and Communication of the RBM Partnership - a global partnership established by the World Bank Group (WBG), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO). RBM Partnership is hosted by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) - a United Nations agency dedicated to implementing development projects for the United Nations System, international financial institutions, governments and other partners around the world, with a focus on infrastructure, procurement and project management.

The Steering Committee also includes key Global Health leaders such as:

• Saira Stewart: Global Lead of Advocacy & Policy Dissemination at the World Health Organization (WHO)

• Priya Kanayson: Director of Policy, Advocacy & Communications at the Global Institute for Disease Elimination (GLIDE) - established by the UAE Presidency and Gates Foundation

• Madhav Joshi: Chief Executive Officer of India Health Fund (IHF) - established by Tata Trusts with strategic support from The Global Fund

• Trey Watkins: Lead, Infectious Disease Communications at Gates Foundation

• Patricia Isabel Sanchez Bao: Senior Global Health Officer at the United Nations Foundation (UNF)

• Morgane Danielou: Head of Global Communications at the Imperial College London (ICL)

• Pauline Mazue: Advocacy Specialist at The Global Fund

• Joshua Kweikuma Quaye: Lead, Engagement, Programs & Communications at the African Union Commission (AUC)

• Lindokuhle Dlamini: Public Advocacy & Communications Officer at the (AUDA-NEPAD)

As a global think tank, Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] advises public institutions, private sectors, and governments on development policies, technological innovation, digitalization, and geostrategy worldwide - through the Global Development Policy Initiative [GDPi]. Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] will leverage its global platform to advocate for innovative health financing models, strategic communications, and technology-enabled responses to global health issues.
