Former Deloitte Transformation Director Mr. Nersey Rastan (United Kingdom & Belgium) joins the Governing Board of Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN]. Mr. Nersey Rastan was a Director at Deloitte from 2020 to 2023, where he led integration strategies, risk processes, and transformation initiatives for Deloitte North-South-Europe, with exceptional leadership in navigating complex operational landscapes and driving organizational change.
Prior to that, Mr. Nersey Rastan worked in several leadership positions roles at renowned multinational companies such as VPK Group where he served as Integration Lead - Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) from 2019 to 2020, and at Etex Group as Director of Global Applications from 2016 to 2019. He also worked at KONE Corporation as Director - Head of Global Development from 2010 to 2016.
Mr. Nersey Rastan has over 30 years of track record of leading projects in complex and dynamic environments, delivering value and innovation to the business. He led IT-related business change in operations and programs where success is imperative in building strong relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and win allies at national, regional, and global levels. He is a chartered industrial engineer and an esteemed member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
With several years of experience working in leadership positions in the advisory & consulting industry, Mr. Nersey Rastan will be leading the development and implementation of the growth strategy of Tod’Aérs' advisory & consulting portfolio for global impact; further enhancing Tod’Aérs' capabilities in shaping the future of global governance, technological innovation, global sustainable development and socio-economic progress.
