Tod'Aérs appoints a new leadership for its 2024 Governing Board, who will lead the network's vision of promoting global sustainable development, technological innovation, and socio-economic progress worldwide – in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals [UN SDGs]: Ms. Shelli Brunswick (Chairperson) and H.E. Luis Adrian Salazar (Deputy Chairperson).
Chairperson of the Governing Board (Ex officio Chief Executive): Ms. Shelli Brunswick (United States) is a Member of the Forbes Technology Council and a former Chief of the Acquisition and Professional Development Policy of the US Air Force (USAF) from 2019 to 2020.
Ms. Shelli Brunswick first joined the Governing Board of Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] in January 2021. She also serves as a Board Member (for the USA) at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) - An affiliated partner of the G20 chaired by Her Majesties Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.
Deputy Chairperson of the Governing Board ((Ex officio Deputy Chief Executive): His Excellency Luis Adrian Salazar (Costa Rica) is a former Minister of Science, Technology, and Telecommunications of Costa Rica. He first joined the Governing Board of Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] in February 2023.
His Excellency Luis Adrian Salazar is a former Consultant for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
The Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Governing Board will be assisted in their functions by three Vice Presidents (VPs):
• Chief Risk Officer (CRO) - Vice President for Risk Governance: Mr. Manuel Ntumba (Togo & DR Congo)
• Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) - Vice President for Strategy and Government Relations: Dr. Dario Camal (Mozambique)
• Chief Advocacy Officer (CAO) - Vice President for Advocacy and Public Relations: Ms. Jana Degrott (Luxembourg)
