Tod'Aérs appoints a New Leadership for its 2025-2026 Governing Board: H.E. Prof. Igor Lukšic (Montenegro), H.E. Mr. Piotr Trabinski (Poland), and H.E. Ms. Pamela Gidi (Chile)

Tod'Aérs appoints a new leadership for its 5th Governing Board (2025-2026), who will lead the network's vision of promoting global sustainable development, technological innovation, and socio-economic progress worldwide - through the Global Development Policy Initiative [GDPi] - in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals [UN SDGs]: His Excellency Prof. Igor Lukšic (Montenegro), His Excellency Mr. Piotr Trabinski (Poland), and Her Excellency Ms. Pamela Gidi (Chile).


As we welcome a New Leadership for 5th Governing Board (2025-2026), we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the outgoing Chairperson of the 4th Governing Board (2024-2025) Ms. Shelli Brunswick (United States) and the outgoing Deputy Chairperson of the 4th Governing Board (2024-2025) His Excellency Luis Adrian Salazar (Costa Rica) - for their great leadership during their term of 2024-2025.



Chairperson of the 5th Governing Board (2025-2026): His Excellency Prof. Igor Lukšic (Montenegro). He first joined Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] in November 2023 as a Member of the Governing Board.


H.E. Prof. Igor Lukšic served as the Prime Minister of Montenegro from 2010 to 2012, where he successfully opened accession talks with the European Union (EU) and completed Montenegro's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). At the time of the appointment (2010), H.E. Prof. Igor Lukšic was the World's Youngest Prime Minister and Youngest Head of Government. In 2013, he was recognized as one of the World Economic Forum (WEF)'s Young Global Leaders (YGL), alongside other distinguished personalities from around the world.


In 2016, H.E. Prof. Igor Lukšic was nominated as an official Candidate for the United Nations Secretary-General position, alongside other candidates such as H.E. António Guterres (Portugal), H.E. Kristalina Georgieva (Bulgaria), H.E. Helen Clark (Australia), H.E. Christiana Figueres (Costa Rica), and more. As Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration from 2012 to 2016, H.E. Prof. Igor Lukšic led Montenegro's efforts to NATO membership conditions and was crucial in launching the Western Balkans 6 initiative. From 2016 to 2021, he worked as ESG Business Development Leader for PwC dealing with the public sector and ESG portfolio.



Deputy Chairperson of the 5th Governing Board (2025-2026): His Excellency Mr. Piotr Trabinski (Poland). He first joined Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] in February 2023 as a Member of the Governing Board.


H.E. Mr. Piotr Trabinski served as Executive Director to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 2020 to 2022 and as Member of IMF Executive Board from 2016 to 2022. At the IMF, he oversaw policy issues ranging from fiscal, and monetary policies and financial sector supervision to Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC), Fintech regulation, and Anti-Money Laundering & Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML-CFT).


Prior to that, H.E. Mr. Piotr Trabinski worked in banking sector where he held senior managerial positions including Vice President and Acting Director for Santander Bank Group from 2010 to 2017. From 2023 to 2024, he served as Senior Advisor to the CEO of the Polish Development Fund (PFR), as Director of Strategic Advisory for Poland's National Development Bank (BGK), and as Special Advisor to the World Bank Group (WBG).



Deputy Chairperson of the 5th Governing Board (2025-2026): Her Excellency Ms. Pamela Gidi (Chile). She first joined Tod'Aérs Global Network [TGN] in February 2023 as a Member of the Governing Board.


H.E. Ms. Pamela Gidi served as Deputy Minister of Telecommunications of Chile from 2018 to 2021, where she led the implementation of Latin America’s first 5G spectrum auction, the Humboldt Submarine Cable project, as well as several other successful public tenders for digital infrastructure. Prior to that, H.E. Ms. Pamela Gidi worked as Vice President of Marketing and Digital Strategies for DIRECTV and AT&T, where she was in charge of the digital and commercial strategies for nine Latin American countries.


H.E. Ms. Pamela Gidi has over 30 years of experience including executive positions in multinational companies such as Unilever, Hasbro, Ford Motor Company, J.C. Penney Company, and The Walt Disney Company. Her career led to her recognition among Chile's Top 100 Women Leaders in 2014 and 2015, by the newspapers El Mercurio and Mujeres Empresarias.



The Chairperson and Deputy Chairpersons of the Governing Board will be assisted in their functions by three Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs):


Senior Partner & Executive Vice President for Global Advisory: Mr. Nersey Rastan (UK & Belgium) is a Former Director of Transformation, Integration Strategies, and Risk Processes for Deloitte (2020-2023).


Managing Partner & Executive Vice President for Global Operations: Mr. Manuel Ntumba (Togo & DR Congo) is a Senior Advisor to the United Nations. He is a Former Advisor to the African Union Presidential Panel (2021-2022).


Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President for Government Relations: Dr. Dario Camal (Mozambique) is a Senior Advisor to Mozambique Government. He is a Former Member of the Commonwealth Youth Council (2018-2021).


The Governing Board includes government officials, diplomats, scientists, business leaders, and policymakers.
