Tod’Aérs Board Member H.E. Bolor-E. Battsengel Speaks at TEDAI Vienna on AI Inclusion and Human-Centered Leadership

Tod’Aérs Board Member Her Excellency Bolor-E. Battsengel participated in TEDAI Vienna, a major international gathering bringing together global thought leaders, innovators, policymakers, entrepreneurs, educators, and artificial intelligence experts to discuss the present and future of AI.

Held in Vienna, Austria, TEDAI Vienna served as a global platform for high-level conversations on artificial intelligence, leadership, inclusion, governance, innovation, and the future of human potential in an AI-driven world. The event brought together approximately 1,200 participants from around the world, creating a dynamic space for dialogue on how AI can be shaped to serve society more equitably.

H.E. Bolor-E. Battsengel joined the panel “How do you lead as AI advances?”, alongside Hilke Schellmann, Joe Atkinson, and Hardy Pemhiwa. The discussion explored how organizations and societies can manage the risks of AI while preserving creativity, trust, and human-centered leadership.

During the exchanges, panelists reflected on the importance of responsible AI deployment, explainability, human oversight, inclusion, and skills development. The discussion emphasized that AI should not be seen only as a tool for efficiency, but also as a strategic opportunity to expand access, strengthen innovation, and create more inclusive models of growth.

H.E. Bolor-E. Battsengel also delivered a powerful message on AI inclusion, highlighting that billions of people remain offline while artificial intelligence continues to advance at unprecedented speed. Drawing from her own journey from a herding village in Mongolia to global digital leadership, she underlined that the best technology is not simply the most advanced, but the most inclusive.

As a Board Member of Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN] for Digital Infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region, H.E. Bolor-E. Battsengel brings strong expertise in digital development, public policy, AI education, and inclusive technology ecosystems. Her participation in TEDAI Vienna reflects TGN’s commitment to advancing responsible innovation, digital inclusion, and human-centered artificial intelligence.
