Tod’Aérs Board Member Her Excellency Bolor-E. Battsengel participated as a featured speaker at the Hong Kong Global AI Governance Conference 2026, a high-level policy forum dedicated to the future of artificial intelligence governance, safety, inclusion, and institutional readiness.

The conference brought together global voices from academia, public policy, industry, and international development to examine how institutions can respond to the rapid evolution of AI systems. The discussions placed particular emphasis on building governance frameworks that are credible, inclusive, and future-ready.

H.E. Bolor-E. The session explored how values, institutional design, and global cooperation can guide the responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence.

During her intervention, H.E. Bolor-E. Battsengel highlighted the importance of broadening global AI governance discussions beyond dominant geopolitical narratives. She emphasized that the perspectives of countries and communities outside the traditional centers of technological power must be included in shaping the future of AI regulation, safety, and access.

Her remarks also reflected on the role of AI in education, particularly its potential to expand access to quality learning for children and communities that remain underserved. She underlined that AI should not be seen only as a productivity tool, but as a potential equalizer capable of delivering personalized learning, knowledge access, and new opportunities to remote and under-resourced communities.

As a Board Member of Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN] for Digital Infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region, H.E. Bolor-E. Battsengel brings strong expertise in digital development, AI literacy, public policy, and inclusive technology ecosystems. Her participation in the Hong Kong Global AI Governance Conference reflects TGN’s commitment to supporting global dialogue on responsible AI, digital inclusion, and human-centered innovation.

Through this engagement in Hong Kong, Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN] reaffirmed its dedication to advancing inclusive AI governance, democratizing access to digital knowledge, and ensuring that emerging technologies contribute to opportunity, equity, and sustainable development for all.
