H.E. Piotr Trabinski, Member of the Governing Board of Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN], participated in the AI Policy Symposium: From Geopolitics to Governance to Growth at Harvard Kennedy School.
The symposium brought together experts and thought leaders to examine artificial intelligence not only as a technological issue, but also as a matter of governance, infrastructure, geopolitics, economic transformation and public policy.
Discussions highlighted how AI is increasingly becoming a form of hard infrastructure, shaped by data centers, energy systems, compute capacity, supply chains and national strategic priorities. This shift is transforming the way governments, institutions and industries think about AI policy, moving the debate beyond software and regulation toward industrial strategy, competitiveness and national security.
The symposium also explored the geopolitical dimension of artificial intelligence, including global competition over compute power, talent, data access and technological leadership. Participants emphasized that AI policy can no longer be treated in isolation, as it now intersects with energy, labor markets, education, finance, supply chains and international development.
Through his participation, H.E. Piotr Trabinski contributed to a timely dialogue on how institutions and economies must adapt to the rapid transformation driven by artificial intelligence.
His engagement reflects TGN’s commitment to supporting high-level policy dialogue at the intersection of technology, governance, finance, infrastructure and global development. It also highlights the importance of cross-sector thinking in shaping responsible, strategic and inclusive AI governance for the future.
