This year, Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN] is addressing six (6) awards in recognition of individuals, teams, and partners who have mostly supported the network's vision and missions during the past 12 months. Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN] is glad to address the "2022 Global Employee of the Year" Award to Alessandro Consonni (Italy) and Marzelé Bosch (South Africa).
Both Alessandro Consonni and Marzelé Bosch joined Tod’Aérs Global Network [TGN] in May 2022 as Policy Analysts and have worked within the Global Policy Division, They have contributed to the development of policy frameworks, implementation strategies, and the launch of the Global Development Policy Initiative (GDPi).
Alessandro Consonni studied Law at the University of Bergamo and holds a Master's degree in European private law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" with the highest distinctions. His research interests revolve mainly around energy policy and environmental topics with particular attention to the law of the sea.
Marzelé Bosch studied International Relations at the University of Cape Town and a Master's degree in Political Science & Government at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. Her research focuses on social justice and equal opportunity, both regionally and internationally. She is passionate about inclusive and sustainable development in developing countries. Marzelé is committed to promoting change for a better South Africa and the African continent.
